Terms of Service
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to our location.
If you have approved your design it cannot be changed without incurring a fee. The fee for color change and sanding down of the paint applied is $30 or R275. No changes help things run smoothly with the process and time for curing. Also, it does not create a delay in other clients' expectations of their items to be returned.
If there is an issue with non-receipt of payment. Kreative Image "reserves the right" to retain shoes on hand for 30 days pertaining to receiving payment. After 30 days shoes will be placed for sale to recoup service costs for shoes. When a customer places shoes in Kreative Image custody for service you have agreed to the terms and conditions of our company.
Satisfaction is guaranteed; if you have an issue with an error that may have occurred during the customization process. Kreative Image will pay to have your items returned and touched up for free.
Bulk items can be purchased at a discount, please call, text, or email in advance for the rate. Rate based upon the quantity and complexity customization. Most bulk customizations have to be turned in no later than 4 weeks ahead of the event or purpose of the items requested. This policy depends on the number of customizations requested, please call for further assistance in this matter.
Safety Matters
We have an office location in Bryanston for clients who would like to meet in person for their design creation and approval. Your comfort and safety is our top priority, as well as our safety. If you are not in the Gauteng area, please feel free to book a virtual consultation for design. You will still see our faces and see your design done in real-time.
Payment Requirements
All deposits have to be paid in advance, with no exceptions. Examples include purchasing shoes for customization in advance or paying half the quoted rate to start your shoe restoration process.
