Shipping & Returns

If there is a defect with any shoes we receive from a store via your purchase, sent directly to our company.  We will send pictures and ask if we can send them directly to you or back to the store.  We will not be responsible for any damaged shoes or other clothing items affecting our work or potentially diminishing our work appearance.  Our first response would be to return or exchange the items.

We can help with a return if you plan the return with the store purchased online.  We will always advise you to return shoes or other items you want to customize if they arrive damaged.  So please be patient if this occurs, we will work with you to get it rectified in a timely manner.
